In an office of corporate America, on an average day, things get a little strange. Marcus, a high-performing employee, has accepted that as a black man he may have hit a glass ceiling. Self-preservation suggest he go along with it, but today his manager (newly promoted Clarissa who just a few months ago was working beside him) has concocted a presentation to impress the CEO who is coming into town. A presentation that requires Marcus to wear a giant chicken costume. The office soon becomes divided on the implications of such a silly thing. Some try to play peace maker, but everyone has a perspective and an opinion and no one is afraid to voice it.
